Application Timeline

What To Expect

Before the interview

Applications will be accepted starting October 1, 2023.

Following the receipt of your student's application, you will receive a phone call from the Director of Admissions who will provide a brief overview of Hope's concept, the interview process, tuition scales, and payment options, and then let families choose from a list of dates for their interview.

1. The Interview

Prospective students will be interviewed and evaluated by our Learning Support Specialist, or Hope Teacher. Grade-appropriate arithmetic and reading questions are included in the evaluations. The assessment will determine how well the prospective students perform academically.

The parent interview usually begins with the Director of Admissions giving a brief presentation of Hope following a tour of the school and a question-and-answer interview to learn more about the student and family.

2. Admissions Decision

Hope’s admissions timeline operates from October to late January.

The Admissions Team meets in late January to review applicant interviews and assessments. Families will be notified of their decision within the first two weeks of February.

If accepted, an enrollment meeting will be scheduled for parents to address and sign our agreement letter, as well as some financial paperwork addressing family contributions. Parents or guardians are also encouraged to bring hard copies of the required documents on the Document Checklist during this time to complete the student's profile.

3. Questions

If you have questions about your application status or the admissions process, please contact Ciera Martin, Director of Admissions, at (215) 232-5410 x205 or cmartin@hope-partnership.org.
