Hope Partnership’s Graduate Support Program

The Hope Partnership’s Graduate Support Program is committed to providing a robust support system for all 200 of Hope Partnership School alumni. 

Graduate Support staff foster a genuine, long-lasting relationship with students and families starting in the 5th grade. GSP’s first goal is to ensure alumni experience a smooth and successful transition into high school. 

In addition to navigating the high school application process, Graduate Support provides ongoing tutoring in core subject areas and on college placement tests such as the SAT. Graduate Support staff coach young adults to discern their post-secondary pathways in conjunction with families. 

Most importantly, Hope Partnership for Education provides a safe environment for alumni to engage with their peers during social events, mentor current middle school students, and explore the city on one of the many field trips. We make a lifelong commitment to each student with the purpose of investing in their future.

Graduate Life

Upon graduation from Hope Partnership School, alumni matriculate at some of Philadelphia’s most competitive high schools, where they continue to embody Hope’s Core Values. We are proud of our alumni who pursue post-secondary college, university, or Trade school opportunities.
