Congratulations to to our staff here at Hope that have been recognized for excellence in their profession! Dr. Sharon DuPree – who serves as the head of school for Hope’s middle school program – was one 52 educators ors from throughout the U.S. who received a National Association of Independent Schools’ Aspiring Heads Fellowship.  Dr. DuPree will attend the Summer Institute for Independent School Leadership Practice in Atlanta, GA. She will also participate in a year-long mentorship program. The Hope community is delighted for Dr. DuPree and excited for the benefits Hope Partnership students will reap from this prestigious award.

Also getting a chance to step into the spotlight was Victoria Tamburro, Hope’s music teacher, who was named to Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next: Education” list. The list is made up of superstars willing to go above and beyond making the most of childhood education in the city. Ms. Tamburro was recognized along with 15 other individuals, and celebrated at an awards happy hour. She marks the second Hope staffer to make this list, behind Brittany Holiday, who was recognized in 2017.
